With over 20 years of corporate and real estate sales experience, Kerry has closed over $125 million in commercial and residential transactions. Born and raised in Detroit, MI, Kerry has called Colorado home for over 30 years. Attracted to the climate, recreation and lifestyle, resort development has provided the vehicle to shape and enhance the communities that he calls home. When he is not focused on real estate, Kerry can be found enjoying the great outdoors or playing hockey with his wife Jennifer and two daughters, Claire and Margaux. Kerry is involved with numerous non-profit organizations including the president of the Steamboat Springs Youth Hockey Association, president of the Steamboat Mountain Village, member of the Rotary Club of Steamboat Springs and past president of the Steamboat Springs Chamber. He earned the Steamboat Springs Business Person of the Year in 2019. Kerry holds a Bachelors degree in Geography from the University of Colorado.

Gavin has over 20 years of governmental and private sector development, entitlement and commercial property management experience. Gavin oversees RVW’s resort development projects and commercial property management on behalf of owners, lenders and equity partners. His diverse roles range from entitlement procurement and project management to leasing, and HOA and special district management. Prior to joining RVW, Gavin ran the Geographic Information System (GIS) Department for the City of Steamboat Springs. Gavin enjoys the benefits of all four seasons in the Rocky Mountains with his two sons, Seamus and Cooper. Gavin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado and a Master of Business Administration degree from Colorado State University.
